School Supply List 2020-2021 This weekend is Tax Free Weekend in Arkansas! This list is for all students in Grades K-5 at Turnbow Elementary.

Hi Parents! It's Mrs. Ferguson at Turnbow Elementary. I want to thank the 219 parents that have filled out the survey letting me know how your child will be returning to school on August 24th. If you haven't completed the survey yet, please take a second to do that for me. I am trying to know exactly how many students we need to prepare for at school ! UPDATE - NEW LOCATIONS ADDED: Lunches to go will be available for Springdale Public School students ages 18 and under Tuesday-Friday between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm at Hellstern, Sonora and Tyson Middle Schools and George, Parson Hills, Smith and Jones Elementary. Sacks will include breakfast for the following day. In addition sack lunches, which will include breakfast for the following day, will be delivered Tuesday-Friday with deliveries beginning at 11 am. To the Springdale Community, Student and staff health and safety is the number one concern of Springdale Public Schools. Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and Secretary of Education Johnny Key recommend school districts in counties without a presumptive case remain open in order to not disrupt community life, especially meal services for children and health services for all. The CDC guidance on COVID-19 is that short to medium duration school closings are not recommended. The major request is for good judgment be in place for hygiene for all students and staff along with social distancing. Springdale Public Schools will remain open.
